My 18 year old son wants to be a cop. To prepare him, I promise to reload and shoot these cases until they split. I will not sell them. I will wear them out!

I desire more .223 brass because my OCD gets all twisted up when things are not in balance. Historically, this has been because I have empty brass that needs reloading to be complete.

Now, I have projectiles, primers and powder, but no brass. This has caused a disturbance in the Feng Shui of my Yin Yang which needs to find resolution to be at peace.

Believing that God helps those who help themselves, I have attempted to scavenge some brass to repair this imbalance in the universe. I took a day off and arrived at the outdoor range 3 clicks before the crack of dawn and was pleased to observe that no other human had defiled the sacred ground yet on that day.

As the golden rays of our life-giving sun topped the 500-meter berm, I was ecstatic to observe the gleaming treasures littering the landscape. True serendipity I thought, but my hope was short-lived.

As I stooped to begin collecting the future receptacles of my waiting components, I was pushed to the ground from behind. The sandal-clad foot of the legendary "brass lady" had dashed my hopes. Wicked Pete holds her in some strange regard, as if she is a goddess from another time.

As I rolled over, prepared to fight for my hard-earned trinkets, I found myself pinned by the most formidable opponent I have ever encountered. Holding a jagged, rusty, Wolf 7.62 casing to my throat, she hissed something that sounded like, "You suck at Ping-Pong!" (paraphrased due to my limited understanding of Asian languages), "I will gut your trout!"

At that point I had to trade victory for the lesser pleasure of scrambling after the few pieces of .22 brass she tossed my way, scoffing, "Reload this, you worm!"

I could really use some brass to insure all is right in the world.

Thank you for your service.

I'm not a MIT grad, but this looks like 54 words, instead of 50. Just saying...

Before he died, my cat burned up all my ammunition, and I can't find any more available locally. I've got a press and dies, but no supplies. I need that brass, Bruce. I NEED IT.

I would so graciously like to be chosen to receive the brass because I have 3k Hornady 55gn bullets, 10 pounds of H335, 5k Tulla .223 primers and no cases to stuff all this into.

If I win, I shall pick up ALL my brass. (even damn .380 auto, .22?) So that from hence forth, I shall never be without a copper alloy of which I need. Also, I will teach my brass sorting youths to do the same and STOP GLOBAL WARMING.

Yes, I missed the 50 word requirement.

As someone who doesn't have a firearm in 223, yet, I would have an excuse to either buy one, or to convert my current firearms to shoot 223; 223 mosin nagant, 223 mauser, 223 SKS, 223 Springfield trapdoor, 223 10/22, 223 Nerf vulcan, 223 rabbit of caerbannog.

Well, I recently lost my wife to my best friends wife. My wife made the unkindest cut of all and let me keep everything except for my .223 brass. Thank you and good night.

***, gas, or brass.
Nobody shoots for free!

Seriously, giving it away is very nice of you. Give it to someone far more deserving than I am.

Two words: Your Fence

Just kidding. I already have quite a bit of .223 brass and no bullets, powder, or primers and my press is not set up for it.

Hmmm, we seem to have missed your application form. All other CGN Members have been rejected by Jessica.
Please resubmit your Application Form & post a pic in the OT Forum Thread, "Post a Recent Pic of Yourself" to be considered. PM me a Pic of your gun stuff too...

Sometimes after I have the water at the right temperature, I like to kneel in the shower naked. Then I start singing the Terminator 2 theme like bumbum bum bumbum. Bumbum bum bumbum. And then I slowly rise to my feet. You should try it!

Brass for me and $15 for you!

Seriously generous offer! I was finally able to order my first a press and dies so this would be a great head start into this addiction, er, I mean hobby!

Cheers!

Had to post all the responses I gave thought too. I'll have to clean up the garage next weekend & find something else to have a contest for.

(paraphrased due to my limited understanding of Asian languages), "I will gut your trout!"

At that point I had to trade victory for the lesser pleasure of scrambling after the few pieces of .22 brass she tossed my way, scoffing, "Reload this, you worm!"

I could really use some brass to insure all is right in the world.
