Victorinow
Hey guys, I picked up one of these little sharpeners today. Very easy to use and most importantly, it works very well.
Okay, I'm blind I like it so much that I ordered 2 more. https://www.swissarmy.com/us/en/Prod...hoCPVUQAvD_BwE

Hold my beer...
I got to tell all of you. I used to think I knew how to sharpen a knife until you all pointed me in the right direction. My Grandfather taught me using a Norton stone in the 60s, and I stayed with that up until the last few years. I purchased a $40.00 Lansky kit late last year. It was like night and day. Very easy to use and all of my knives are razor sharp, almost. This little ceramic sharpener from Victorinox was the final touch. The ceramic stone in the Lansky kit was okay but no where new as good. Thanks guys
