Default AB 962 injunction -- 12317 not included

Whoo Hooo ! ! ! But, unless I am mistaken, it still leaves in place 12317, with its onerous definition of ammunition. Are we still faced with its restrictions of 'reasonable care' to determine who is 'prohibited'? Yes, the ban on internet sales is dead, but what about locking up components defined in this section behind the counter?

Are we faced with a future fight when retailers decide that they can't avoid
"...supplies, delivers, sells, or gives possession or control of..." "...any bullet, cartridge, magazine, clip, speed loader, autoloader, or projectile capable of being fired from a firearm with deadly consequence.",
because they can't determine with reasonable care who is and who is not a prohibited person?

Did a search and did not find this specific topic relating to PC 12317 not being mentioned in the injunction.

Librarian, thanks for the title edit. I edited again to read correctly as 12317. I guess this is a dead horse issue, per your previous explanation to me. Let's hope my worries do not materialize.
