Default S&W M&P Thread

Did a search and didn't find a thread for the M&P line.
So... I will start!

Is there a particular thing you want to discuss, or do you just wanna find out who all has one?

I've put about a 1000 rounds through mine so far, and have only had one FTE. It was with a crappy reload at an indoor facility here in Palmdale...

with Winchester/Blazer/Remington I've never had a single problem.

Nothing really to discuss, just looking at them. Actually trading my USP 45 for a p2000sk and need to get a 1911 after that to have a replacement 45. Lot of people seem to be happy with them. Just wanted to try it out and see what it's all about.

Man, these M&Ps are nice. My Uncle picked one up and was showing it to me the other day...Hopefully within the next few months I can make a pic contribution to this thread...

I love my M&P and can't imagine any other semi-auto I'd rather have. Of course I wouldn't mind something smaller to carry..and something with factory sights because the speed shooters specialty FO sight I have on this thing snags my belly band if I don't draw from it the right way. Otherwise, for a full size, it's quite comfortable to carry..large grip and all! Sitting can put it against my side and be uncomfortable after a while..so instead, I'll just put it under the seat or in the door compartment until I reach a destination if driving.

How I roll in Montana thanks to my Utah CCW I got in CA! (and NO fat jokes)

After a bead blasting and front site replacement.

I have the M&P 9 and I think that it is one of the best 9mm's out there. It is accurate, comfortable to shoot and easy to carry!

Hey I picked up my MP9 yesterday instead of today, since the 10 24 hour period was actually up yesterday at noon. took it down to the elk grove range just to try it out, had fun, then went home and cleaned it 4 times just to make sure I knew as much about how it works as I could, so far love it, I wanted to buff up the trigger a little cuss i herd it makes it shoot better but i hear I won't be allowed to shot IDPA if I do, so I guess I'll just have to shot it more and wear it in.

I had a 9c for a spell and the trigger got better the more I shot it. I also used snap-caps and would just sit in front of the TV some nights resetting and pulling the trigger. Trigger felt like butter eventually, but I decided to sell it because I just couldn't get a confident grip on it from concealed carry. Your mileage may vary.

I just had my CCW course today and my 40C shot very well.

Here's my target with two in the head and one in the crotch:
