Default Any 209 reloaders here?

Even though im in the old 209 area code, then changed to 559,and we for whatever reason lack a 559 forum, how many reloaders do we have in the area?we need to make a get together or whatnot and go shoot or load or teach someone how.

I reload rifle and pistol. Just got a new progressive press for Xmas to produce ammo in volume since we can’t buy on internet.

If you are new to reloading, read the stickys in the reloading section. Ask a lot of questions.

Default New Reloader

I am new to the reloading scene. I have gathered a list of item I need to purchase but I am stuck on the powder, where to purchase and who has the best pricing? I am a newby so any help will be greatly appreciated.

Be part of a reloading group will speed up your learning. There is a lot of information in Calguns about what powder to use for every caliber. Pick one or two powders base on the suggestions. Read at least one book and watch few videos. Star reloading and testing small batches. I purchase my powder at:

Thanks for the info, I will be joining the reloading group, much appreciated. Is there any local stores that sell powder? Im trying to avoid the hazmat shipping charge. And do they still ship bullets (not ammo) for reloading?

I don't know what's local to you hozer, but the gun store in Galt (south end of the 916) has reloading supplies and the owner has rifle reloading classes regularly.
