Here's a shot of my old Bushmaster that I had when I lived in Nevada. Unfortunately I had to move back to Cali and it got sold. I am currently in the process of rebuilding it bigger and better on a registered PWA lower that I had before and that never left the state.

WalMart rattle-can Krylon camo; the only colors they had in camo were the khaki, OD/green plus grey primer as the base. Wish they had brown or tan. No stencils, though I did cut long, thin "leaves" in a piece of paper to mimic tall blades of grass. Other than that, all just freehand and broad, steady passes. HTH.

no sir, no safe queens in my stable. everything gets a chance to get dirty. some more than others. i heard the cuts were made when l.a.r. made these lowers for a customer that canceled their order. but who knows. i like the look, but it does get dirty easier.

Here's my baby in her new outfit, Larue's Urban Dark Earth, which is darker than the pic shows (nobody seems to be able to get the true color in photographs, not even Larue). It's a dark, flat, tan-grey. Unlike the description "cross between sage green and FDE," would suggest, there is no tinge of green in this color.

Plans are to shorten this to 14.5 as soon as I figure out the right muzzle device (most likely a FSC556) and also to install my Daniel Defense 1 o' clock rail (not pictured) up at the front right, opposite the Viking Tactics flashlight mount, with an Aimpoint Micro T-1.

Pictured is a 30-rnd Lancer L5 with a prototype Raddlock-made 10-rnd conversion kit installed.
