Final days of my 10 day wait on a Ruger LC9, apparently it only comes with one mag and mags are hard to find, thanks to Ebay i got a few extras. Also got the wife a used Ruger SP101 357, what sucks about that is there is a 30 day wait for them, good price for a lightly used gun makes the wait worth it I guess. Seemed like the Rancho Turners was pretty well stocked except in the ammo dept.

Just got my Ruger Redhawk Alaskan...454 Casull / 45 LC....
Question for you guys that frequent Turners....If you buy a firearm online (via Gunbroker for example) and want it shipped to Turners as your FFL, what is the process like? Do you just buy it and ship it to em', or do you call Turners and get certain info from them that needs to be relayed to the seller?... What are the fees like? Thanks! |

I put a deposit down on an SR40 on April 3rd. The salesman pulled out a printed copy of a spreadsheet to look up delivery time on the SR40 and told me 6 to 8 weeks. Its now been 8 weeks and Turners is telling me "don't know when they will have it in stock". Good luck hopefully you'll get it but thought i could give you a little perspective.

Just DROSed a RIA 1911 in 45. My first handgun! I'll get the SR9 later or possibly M&P9. I like them both. Now gonna order some extra magazines and a different set of grips. Any recommendations?

Yesterday at Signal Hill:
- PTR - 3 10/22's - one wood, one synthetic and one takedown. Had to fill out 4 different DROS paperwork ("because they're all different models" ) but only pay one DROS fee with the added $5 Turner's surcharge. What a PITA.
