Isn't Christiansen Arms the company famous for carbon wrapped barrels that don't shoot for crap after 2-3 shots?
I see that this model has a proper stainless steel barrel sans carbon...

Default Considering what rifles cost nowadays, that seems inexpensive

You gonna be hunting or target shooting?

Default Christensen Arms.

Randall,

To be honest I have no experience with the carbon wrapped barrels. The Mesa I have in 6.5 Creedmoor is a tack driver. Very thin profile barrel, good for about 5-10 shots then let cool.
To Guns and Guitars, I have another purpose in mind for this new rifle, want to do relaxed long range silhouette shooting. I have lots of 140gr match bullets. Might as well use them. A2

Give us a review. I've been thinking of getting one of their CF 6.5 barrels for my AI.
