Default PRS stock on featureless

Since the stock is adjustable for LOP, will this be legal on a featureless AR (grip wrap and muzzle brake)?

I believe it needs to be collapsible to not be legal, so you should be good to go if it's fixed.

I seem to recall several people who tried registering their RAWs with these stocks. If they didn't check the collapsible stock box, it got rejected. So teh DOJ seems to think it is one. Go figure.

What does “collapsible” have to do with anything? That word does not appear in the law that I’ve read.

If it neither telescopes or folds. Youíre good to go IMO.

It telescopes, it is a no-go. Even though it does not telescope much.

As mentioned, DOJ was rejecting AW apps if people did not declare them as telescoping.

Nope.

During the last AW registration period, CA DOJ was placing on hold AW registration applications of semi-auto centerfire rifles with PRS style stocks because the applicants were not indicating they had the "telescoping stock" restricted feature.

Thanks everyone. I'll have to restrict it once I figure the right LOP.

There are a few different ways to pin the LOP so it does not ‘telescope’. If you search online you’ll find a description with photos of how to do this.
