Default Golf ball killing 10/22

Took an old receiver and bolt, added a Hogue stock, Hornet trigger pack, VQ extractor, GM fluted and floated barrel, and a TI charging handle and mag release. Topped it with a 1.5x mini ACOG I wasn't using. Golf balls fear me.

ACOG is a nice touch… Trijicon makes some of my favorite optics.

It was my wife's choice. Her favorite color. She lamented my son had a nice 10/22 to shoot and she didn't, so I took her comment to mean I had the OK to build another "for her".

I kept my 10/22 100% bone stock except for a RDS…. But more I see tricked out 10/22s I want to do one as well…

I might have to get a take down and fix up what I have now… I wouldn’t mind a benchrest 10/22

Is the sight height a little high for that ACOG? I find mine is a bit high even with a low mount / fixed base on my RDS…

Yeah. I have a Triad Tactical cheek pad enroute. Right now, it's more of a chin weld.

Nice job on that build. I am a bit let down I didn't see a destroyed golf ball pic. Ever see one of those babies come apart?

We been going "Ruger Golfing" for years. We pick our "hole" then try to get the ball as close as possible. This one went spinning like a top and mowed down this little plant! Cheap fun!
