Agreed, I had a membership back when it was Shooting Gallery and that where my son took his Hunter Ed Class. Can't fault ASP though when a landlord raises rent to the point where its no longer affordable you gotta make a change.

I'm just wondering what BRC is going to do now with the CCW Classes.

Maybe someone new can take over the lease? It would be great if BRC doesnít have to change a thing. Too bad for ASP.

I donít know how hard it is to get permits and such for building a range in an urban area, but hey, the work is already done. Plus theyíre a decent range. I always found it easier to get to GFOS for an indoor range, but thatís because Iím driving from the 680.

I don't understand commercial Real estate enough to know why an empty building bringing in zero revenue is better than renewing a lease.
