Theis holsters made me both an IWB and OWB holster for my XD Mod 2 Subcompact 45 acp with trigger guard mounted laser light.
Nice product!

I didn't see them on the list so far but I have been using Black Rhino Concealment holsters lately. They are similar to the Bravo Concealment kydex holsters but I feel they hug the body a bit better. I plan on getting more holsters from them very soon for some of my other pistols.

I ordered a light bearing OWB holster from this company. The holster was well built but way too tight. I contacted them and they issued me a refund immediately. Every email I sent was answered same day, very responsive.

I sent the holster back and they still sent me a replacement holster anyway. The replacement holster works perfectly and the quality is excellent. The minor hiccup at the outset was resolved with great customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

For appendix folks, this is the most comfortable AIWB holster I've tried. It is full kydex with an offset belt clip. The wing is an option and I recommend it to aid in concealment.

Gun choices are limited to popular models, but Nate said that he will expand his line up. I specifically have the Skinny Rig holster with wing. I wear it at 12:00 for my Shield and P320C.

Looking for a well made kydex owb holster for my sig scorpion carry, can't find any companies that have a mold or the actual pistol to make a holster for me. Anyone have a suggestion?

I have been carrying for almost 2 years.
I have tried a few holsters. My favorite by far is alien gear iwb cloak and tuck.Comfortable and secure. Also very reasonable on price. Just my 2 cents.

Strongly suggest www.multiholsters.com
I don't think there's a better Kydex holster out there but if so I'd love to hear about it.
Stealthgear ventcore stuff is really nice too, similar quality but for me at least they didn't have the customization options I needed.

I didn't see Raw Dog Tactical mentioned. I live in a Constitutional Carry State and recently received one of their very reasonably priced IWB hybrid Kydex Defender Pro holsters for my PPS M2. So far, I couldn't be more pleased. It's about as slim as it can be, fits nicely, is comfortable, retention and cant are adjustable, comes with extra hardware, is made in Texas, and has a lifetime warranty. They also make OWB and mag holsters.

Default Versa Carry for the win

I would personally recommend a holster from VersaCarry. They have both inside and outside waist bands…not to mention, they also make holsters for leftys. When you order your holster, you have the option to choose the specific size for your particular gun (M&P Shield, Bersa 380, etc.), your size for the type of gun you have (compact, subcompact, etc), left or right handed, and your color. I originally went with the Protector S2 for my first holster from them, and I was really impressed. It fits well because it is formed to fit my M&P Shield and is easily concealable. I plan to buy the Element holster next, which comes with an extra mag pouch and is made for INSIDE THE WAISTBAND. That’s kind of hard to beat in my opinion.

Definitely needs to be added, one of the top IWB holsters for appendix carry at the moment. They have other carry options as well.

I wouldn't recommend Alessi holsters anymore since the quality went downhill after Lou passed away. I would now go with Ritchie holsters. Skip Ritchie was a partner of Lou Alessi and his holsters have the same quality as the original Alessi holsters.

it is my understanding that Milt Sparks is the gold standard when it comes to holsters, I've never had one so I cannot confirm this.

I'd add https://hiddenhybridholsters.com/. I've got IWB holsters from them for my S&W M&P Shield, Glock 19, and just ordered one for my Sig P229.

leather holsters seems like they would be suffocating especially those hybrid holsters with that huge material that covers your side. the smallest surface area making contact would seem ideal

Any recommendation for an iwb holster for a xds 9mm? Looking for a nice balance of comfort and minimal printing under a T-shirt. Thanks!

Theis hybrid double clip holster. https://www.theisholsters.com/Holsters.php
I have one for my XDMod2 .45 subcompact, and it disappears under a T--shirt. Your pistol is similar and slightly smaller, so it should serve your purpose well.
The Crossbreed Supertuck is what I use for a full size XD. Very similar design and works equally as well but requires a button up shirt or windbreaker due to the larger size. https://www.crossbreedholsters.com/s...b-holster.html

Awesome thanks for the recommendation. I actually have the crossbreed one and feels it just slightly too large for tshirts. Thanks again!

Simply adjusting the holster's angle of rest (for lack of a better description) can really make a difference in hide ability with your compact pistol. And for me, with some thick spare tire; simply moving from 4 o'clock to 3:30 o'clock made a big difference.

You would be wrong with that assumption. I wore them for years IWB and had zero issues.
Now that I’m older I’ve discovered OWB leather is ideal if you carry at 3:30-4:00, just a little looser shirt and I conceal a commander 1911 easily.
As others have posted, Privateer Leather is great, I’ve got three.
A well designed OWB really pulls your gun to your body. Again, your carry belt is just as important as the holster.
