Default A simple act of kindness

I just wanted to relate a experience I had with Roger at Battle Arms. I had purchased a Bad-*** Lever from PSA recently. I wanted to try out the crank lever so I decided to try out the exchange program. Roger had it out to me in record time. Last week we had our home fumigated and during the process our home was burglarized. Besides stealing alot of our fondest memories, they stole a few firearm related things. One of the items was the packaging which contained the lever I had planned to send back. For the life of me I do not understand why they would steal that. I contacted Roger and explained the situation. I told him that since I no longer had the lever to send back, I would gladly pay for the lever. Roger replied immediately, and to my utter shock, told me no to worry about it, and asked if there was anything they could send out to help. I am truly at a loss for words at this act of kindness. I would just like to say "THANK YOU, ROGER and THANK YOU Battle Arms Development.

Roger has superlative service and guarantees his innovations. If I had the money, all my ARs would have his selectors.

Sorry to hear about your home being burglarized. F those losers.

It's a relief in times like these when people like Roger do something like this and help restore your faith in the world.

Thank Foresight88. Roger is a awesome person. It says a lot about a person and a company when they put their customers ahead of making a buck. And yeah, it kind of restores a little bit of my faith in humanity.
