First, a pellet gun is not a firearm by legal definition, nor does a pellet gun have the same "stopping power" as a powder burner. Yes, there are exceptional air rifles that are capable for hunting but those are honestly more similar to muzzleloaders in the shooting speed, reloading time and generally, the hassle compared to powerburners. If you want to argue that point, please do it via PM and not in an open forum, if you understand my drift.

A quick web search came up with a single-shot .45 caliber Evanix. Looking at the power, no way I'd consider that for any personal defense.

Typically no permit would be needed although, like carrying a toy pistol, there may be some local restrictions intended to keep one from getting shot by law enforcement mistaking your pistol for a firearm. All in all, a bad idea.

Thanks , I was asked this question by some customers of mine and didnt want to give them mis information
Inovatech is coming out with a new 5 shot 22 cal revolver with mini Mac 3000 psi cartridges, it's a pretty nice looking revolver and just around1000 fps, limited production , this should be a great collectors item for sure

Good call. There’s no misinformation on the internet.
