I guess it's too late to tell OP to try before you buy a single point migrating ball buster?

As a civilian muggle, outside of taking "rifle classes" single points are worthless IMO.
*unless it's a convertible Magpul ms3, then you can swap things around and avoid ball/knee bruising.

I'm not anti single points, just caveat emptor to anyone interested in one.

^^

Message Understood

I put a Harris type Bipod on the front of my AR
So that covered up the front attachment point

Thought I would give the single point system a try
Hope I don't raise my voice a few octave's ..........

A Harris usually has a sling swivel on the bottom to replace the one it uses on the rifle.

If you have a front rail that allows it, I use a Magpul RSA mounted about 3"-4" in front of my receiver and attach the rear part of my sling to the buttstock. I have tried single points and can't stand them but this works pretty well. It would also allow you to keep your bipod mounted on the rifle as the RSA mounts to the top of the rail.

Just another option.
