Damnit, I withdrew from the shoot thinking it was LAST Friday. Back on the wait list for me.

I'm wondering WTF people are talking about this in the future tense.

Tony, mother in law? MOTHER IN LAW? You are joking right?

That's when you tell your wife, "honey go have fun with your mother" and you come shooting with the guys!

PS: I'm not married and glad I'm not.

Extar is a pain in the *** to conceal. Best way I've found is with a Serpa OWB and a trench coat but I'm dying from the heat.

Considering she always take my side when I argue with the wife, you betcha I'm not messing that relationship up. No matter my love for blowing **** up and the gluttony that follows.

Marriage is like playing Russian roulette. When you squeeze the trigger sometimes you live, sometimes you die. More often, its a squib or hangfire that can get you later.

I am bummed. I have been considering a vector for a while now. Never had the chance to shoot one so, I was hoping to fix that. My wife would normally do it but, she rolled her ankle. I would not be in her good graces if I went shooting while she hobbled around a soccer field.

Like the saying goes, happy wife=full safe!

I would like to be added to the list, por favor. I will show up toward the latter part of the meet as I would like to feast afterwards.

Serious question regarding On-Target policy for concealed holstered weapons.

Can you remain holstered, and draw once when you are at the line? At the conclusion of the shoot, reholster and walk out.

Or, do you have to deholster and reholster at the vehicle?

I can tell you what I do. I carry holstered. Draw slowly on the line. Shoot. Leave the gun out for the duration of the shoot. At the conclusion, reload and reholster. (taking care to do it discretely and without a fuss)

Seems to work for me.

Great. That was my plan as well. Wanted to get feedback in case there was issue with that.

Thanks!

Not sure what you mean by that. It's not a matter of being a member (many of us are). We can only get so many bodies into the bay. At this point, we have 38 on the list. If we have room we will put everyone in. Otherwise, you are always welcome to come out to the "afterparty" (i.e. dinner)
