How many racks will we have, enough for 3 or 6? I usually bring my Stag AR for bullet button demonstration, as well as an M1A for featureless comparison. However, Vince10 might bring one of his AR's and then I can show off my new Saiga conversion!

one rack /3 guns. 8 ft. table You can change them around every few hours.

NO SLINGS ON GUNS !! ......Pull 'em off.

When u see a sling get caught on the rack and dump 3 AR's on the floor.....

NO SLINGS !!

Also, use the buddy system to safety check for a loaded chamber.
Your buddy is the one who puts the tie-tie on your gun.

If you buy ammo take it straight to your car.

If you find .22LR for 4 cents a round buy 200,00 rounds and CALL me.

I know,I'm a fussy old mother hen. , but I didn't get to just short of 70 by being stupid or careless.
I wish I could find my teeth........and a fresh 'Depends'.

Never been to a gun show. Is this one worth going to?

I'm looking primarily to just buy some ammo...but I hear it's severely overpriced

Default Good News

A gun "show" for me is like attending a class - always something to learn. As for the prices - certainly there will be some over priced and some good deals. Please visit our booth and say Hi.

The 'bracelets' need to be put on with scotch tape, as we only get 4 and
they are passed down from one shift to the next when the shift change
occurs. They are also need for the Sunday shifts.

X-Roads know we do this as we are all volunteers.

TRY NOT TO HAVE TO MUCH FUN !!

Put todays results in the books as another great day at the OC Gun Show. We talked to what seemed like everybody there and the CCW information we shared was on target and well received. The team worked as a team and it made for a most enjoyable experience for both Volunteers and Show guests. It was my pleasure to be on the team. Tomorrow is already set in motion to be a another great Show. Major thanks to the every one that worked to make today a success. Tomorrow is the frosting on the cake. Hope to see everybody there.

Great News:

Another most successful day at the OC Gun Show. Everyone was busy and contributed greatly to the CalGuns success. I always learn so much when I volunteer about how to help the Show guests, about the shooting sports and about the quality team I am honored to work with from GalGuns. It makes me proud to be a CalGuns volunteer. Thank you to everybody that helped make the show a success.

What better way to have an excuse to loiter around at a gun show and talk to people about guns for a few hours? I love it!

Recall of Winchester M-22 posted on page 30 of April 2014 American Rifleman:

At the recent OC Gun Show I purchased M-22 LR 40 gr. black copper-plated round nose rimfire cartridges that were NOT the recalled Symbol number: S22LRT with Lot Numbers GD42L and or GD52L - that's the good news, but we still need to check the numbers on the bottom of the box if we are holding the M-22's from anyplace. Please view the article for more information and Good Luck to you.
