Default Wilde Built Tactical - CGN discount

Hey CGNers! Anyone who would like some of the best customer service and product selection around should head down to Wilde Built Tactical in La Mesa. The new location on Jackson drive (about 1.5mi from Costco) is a heck of a lot larger and so is the amount of accessories and firearms. All of the nylon gear (slings, rigs, holsters, pouches, belts etc.) is made in-house. It can also be custom made to your exact needs. If any of you remember the single point sling that was given away at the July fundraiser you already know how good the quality is.

5-10% off items in store with mention of Calguns San Diego Chapter (subject to approval). The discount does not apply to firearms at this time but if you ask nicely.... a few bucks might come rolling off. You can also hang out with me there on Saturdays and learn about upcoming events and legislation.

I haven't been to the new store location yet; but, when I stopped into the old location the staff there were super friendly and helpful. When I get back to town, I look forward to checking out their new place!

Are they the ones that opened up next to that liquor store on Jackson, north of the 7/11?

Stopped by today to check it out. I'm going back to pick up an 80% lower and probably that Mossberg MVP.

Are you opening early on Black Friday or have any special hours for the Holidays?

Glad you liked it. You were the first one to grab one, followed by 3 other CGNers shortly after! The WBT AR10 lowers will be coming shortly as well. They will be Billet.

Plus one for this store. I went by yesterday to check it out with a friend as Iive close by. These guys were super helpful and answered a ton of questions regarding aim points and eotechs even though I won't be buying until next month.

My new black rifle store. Won't be wasting anymore time at the other gun store in La Mesa.

Stopped in to check out the shop a week or so ago, and was impressed with the crew. Very helpful and informative. Gonna have to remember the CGN discount for next time!

Was it you and your friend that I showed the Eotech to on my AR pistol and the Aimpoint on the other?

Manpants, yep that was us that you showed off the different optics to. Was nice to be able to compare them both side by side.I appreciate you taking the time to go over them even though we only bought rifle sling mounts! It is nice to have a solid gun shop open up right around my way.

Didn't know about the Calguns discount, I'll make sure to bring that up when I buy that Aimpoint Pro

We unfortunately do not do SSE for handguns at this time. Just AR pistol builds. As for the inventory, what was it you had looked for that was not carried?

The lack of inventory is not so much a dig against Wilde but the the state of affairs in CA really. Every gun store in San Diego has pretty much all the same stuff...XD's, Gen3 Glocks, some Sigs, some 1911's, some M&P's, Beretta's and perhaps a few Rugers. Sprinkle in some HK's.

Bummer really about SSE. That's 100% why I will take my dollars to Parallax and DAS.

In the last 30+ days, Parallax has been able to order me two off roster 9mm's that I was able to SSE. Well over $900 in sales.

I wish I could do my shopping\ordering at someplace more local (since I'm in El Cajon).

I will get a Gen4 G17 from DAS next. Another $600 not to Wilde. But don't get me wrong, I'd love to give you my money.

I hear ya loud and clear. We had kept from doing SSE for a while as the % of people asking for SSE were already going through DAS or Para. If all goes well with legislation we are talking about doing it in the near future. We also weren't able to get pricing where we would like it for those purchasing SSE guns and did not want to have people feel they would be overcharged. Hopefully this will change.
