Unfortunately, we don't currently run a monthly shoot at the LA Gun Club. However, the next shoot at LAX will be on 02/13, and Burbank on 2/22.

It would be great if you could make one of the shoots or the meet and greet event. Either way, we're glad to have you.

I wouldn't mind meeting some fellow powderheads.

My name's Chris; I live about 5 miles from LAX.

The Meetup and chill / movie nite is in Monterey Park, at my place. I'm good for starting anytime after noon.

I suggested a slow migration over to LA Gun Club if people wanted to turn it into an evening shoot, it's the closest range to me.

I think I've got "We were soldiers" on the streaming box too, but I don't have a blu-ray player (unless I move the PC over and plug it in).

The only range in Montery Park that I know of is the driving range at Monterey Park Golf Course....

LA gun club allows you to bring your ammo. I believe they do check your ammo. I don't remember it's been a long time since I've been there.

Let's confirm a BBQ (I don't have one to bring), or else we're ordering in (pizza, wings, whatever is local and has take-out/delivery).

We already go to the range twice a month, and on a Saturday night I'm sure it'll be pretty crazy not to mention having to pay full price.

I'll go with the majority, but I'd hang rather then go to arrange since we do that twice a month already.

If someone has one of those laser trainings like SIRT, or one of the other ones we could set that up and do some zap zap type of contests.

I am down for pizza or any delivery! Pitching in of course.

LA gun club allows you to bring your own ammo but FMJ's only.

Do you guys know if other ranges allow JHP's?

Stick with the common drinks and I'm pretty sure you will be fine. Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Dr. Pepper, etc. to name a few.

I'm down. I'm new to this forum, and it would be nice to get to know a few hazguns. I have some of the movies listed on Blu-ray if there is a player at your place.

I have an IDPA match that morning that prolly won't finish until 1/2PM. So I was thinking we head over around 3/4, and start grilling for dinner.

In with hot dogs/sausages/buns & mustard.

Beer? I'm open to anything expensive. Seriously though I think I'll take water if you got it.

Also, let's make sure the address/phone get distributed the day before via PM; not posted here - let's take care of our host!!!

I can go to Costco and get some coleslaw and potato salad for twenty people if we need it. I could also get paper plate and plastic utensils and of course red solo cups.

If you guys wouldn't mind another, I'd love to come out. I'm in Atwater Village.

I've got an outdoor stand-up fire pit I could bring, with a bunch of wood. It's got a catch for ash so it won't make a mess...

I'll also bring a couple cases of carona if anyone is drinking...

What d'ya say?
