Default What is a fair price for...

I have a 1916 Savage 1899 250-3000 that's in good condition and I'd like to sell it but I'm not sure what a fair asking price would be.

I'll keep watching the action sites for something recent but you guys know more about values than auctions.

It is the selling price that determines value, not the asking price. We here may know what it might be worth but looking at sites that list what it sells for is reality.

Quick! Wait... lemme scrounge up 200 apples for your fine fyrearme.

Or would you rather 100 apples and a rabbit for the pot?

You should post some photographs of the rifle.

But remember this isn't the right subforum to post it for sale.

Here’s a current auction on a 1928 vintage that looks to be in decent shape. Currently sits at $420.00 with 11 days of bidding left. Starting bid was $0.01

Sounds good. I'm in the Los Angeles area and I will be posting it on here in the proper forum when I'm ready. I've never sold a gun before so this is kind of foreign to me lol

Really cool to think just how old this firearm is and how advanced it was in its time

I'm in the Los Angeles area and I have an 03FFL.
I could buy it directly from you without having to go to a gun shop.
I love the little 25...

I'll start the biting at twenty-five dollars, American. And two 12'' OEM wheels from a 1979 yellow Ford Pinto.
