Need a question answered about PPT

I am considering a private party purchase, but the seller will only do the PPT at Turner's in Rancho Cucamonga (I always thought Rancho Cucamonga was a joke city name, like Bumf*ck Egypt )

If I drive all the way to RC for the PPT, can the gun then be transferred to a Turner's closer to me, such as Oxnard, for the pick-up, or does the gun have to be picked up at the store where the PPT was conducted?

in the past, they have said that it has to be picked up at the store that the PPT was started.

Has to be picked up at the store where PPT was started, does not have to be YOU picking it up, it can by someone strictly authorized to pick up for you, but there are a different set of rules to comply with. Basically, it has to be picked up BY you for FOR you, it can't go to someone else or that violates straw purchase laws.

what are these different set of rules you're referring to? who signs 4473 when firearm is picked up?
