Maybe this should be forwarded to all the vendors who felt the need to halt shipments to FFL03/COEs in California after July 1st.

Could someone please up date this list of ammo dealers because LAX ammo.com is NOT shipping to Calif. residents. I just called LAX ammo.com and they are not shipping to California residents with a 03FFL/COE. When I pointed out that their website said they did, and gave instructions on how to apply, the customer representative on the phone said that he would be removing that from their website.

J&G Sales is no longer sending ammo to California. I just received this email reply from them: "We can keep your license on file for long gun purchases but as of the first of this month we can no longer send ammo to C&R/COE holders in California."

Well that sure is messed up. You aren't permitted to directly receive C&R long guns from out of state while you are permitted to receive ammo directly. They are wrong on both counts.

You can't get long arms anymore? When did that change? I've had a number of C&R rifles delivered directly to my door...

This one didn't surprise me as they are California based.

This one did surprise me as they were one of the supporters during Freedom Week.

Ammoforsale.com no longer an option.

Added ammo to cart and after inputting my zip code for a shipping estimate I was hit with this message:

We're sorry, but we are no longer able to ship to the State of California. This also includes California-licensed ammo vendors, and those of you who have provided us with your Type 03 FFLs.

this if off topic and so many thread already, yes.

And I showed all these threads to show a friend of mine trying to win the debate but he just pulled out confirmation letter from DOJ for C&R rifles he bought from classic arms who sent them to his door.

Well I guess I lost that debate.

Believe it or not. Just providing my experience.

Is there a reason palmetto has been listed as a nogo? I asked if they are still shipping to ffl03/COE holders in California and just received this reply from them:

Hello,

We can, but we need that documentation submitted with each order that is placed.

Thank you for choosing Palmetto State Armory.

Well that's great news. Looks like they finally got it figured out.

I removed them from the list based on THIS post from their own rep. I'll be sure to update the link when I get a chance.

I replied directly to the order confirmation email with my docs and just received a shipping confirmation for my ammo purchase. Looks like they are now good to go!

As blank ammunition (blanks = case, primer, powder but no bullet) is not really ammunition, per the definition of what a complete cartridge consist of, (Cartridge = case, primer powder and bullet) is any body able to get blanks shipped directly to them ? (non ffl) If so, how did you convince the retailer to do so ??

I know this is covered somewhere but I have sifted through several threads and I'm just more confused than when I started. Can I purchase reloading supplies (Bullets, Powder) online? Or is it only through a local store now?

Reloading supplies can be shipped directly to your door. Projectiles, primers and powder are still good to go. The new laws apply only to loaded cartridges. Not sure where blanks fall though. Hopefully someone can clarify that one.
