My maintenance chief allowed me to do "On the job training" to become a Mech since I was a civ mechanic fixing up Nissans and Hondas...our CO reluctantly let it pass, and it payed off for the entire unit considering we had 60 operators and only 2 mechanics at the time.

I work with super cooled liquids such as Liquid Nitrogen/Liquid Oxygen. Liquid Nitrogen or LIN boils like water on a stove at -321 Degrees F. Thats 321 degrees below zero. Really freakin cold.

Hah, that might be true, but log dogs don't get to be a super tacticool. Unless you count that Blackhawk drop holster because the OD green stuff just didn't look sexy enough.

Still, it was nice being the ordnance guy and looking around the armories at all the toys...what I wouldn't give for even the most beat up shiny M249 these days...
