Lightbulb knife sharpener referral

So I got my cold steel recon 1 cerakoted and I am in need of someone who can put a decent edge back on my knife. Does anyone know someone or retail place that does a decent economical sharpening? Any info would help....in the Sacramento region.

Why not sharpen it yourself? Lansky sharpeners take out all the guess work and give you the equipment to maintain the blade.

but i like the worksharp system for super easy sharpening

or you can get a set of stones and strops and learn to put a razor edge on almost any blade

lansky is great but the kit you recommended is only for light knives. it doesnt work well with heavier knives. i would recommend benchstones and youtube videos. you will save yourself a lot of time and money.

the cold steel recon wasnt very expensive so it wouldnt be economical to have it professionally sharpened each time it dulled.

Raleys/Bel Air?

I just use stones myself. 300, 1000, & 5000.
I only use the 12000 occasionally for my Sushi knives.

There's a company that comes to Wholefoods market & Emigh hardware a couple times a month for knife sharpening. Never used them but have heard good things.
