What's the status on the Sig 522?
I remember seeing photos from SHOT show this year of a .22 caliber Sig called the Sig 522, kinda like how the GSG-5 is a .22 clone of an MP5. It was slated for release in March/April. Well it's now March/April and I don't see a Sig 522
 I tried searching around but I couldn't really find anything relevant... so what's the story? Anyone have any details on it?

Summer maybe..the fall. My LGS has 20 of them on backordered from fully paid customers. I'm sure those people are iching to know. He also said that S&W is coming out a with a AR like 22 black rifle end of the year meaning early next year.

When I was in a Sig armorer school in March, they said it will be about a month. But, like anything else, it will take time for sure.
