Not really sure, I am hoping one of you out there in GSG land could help me indentify.
I bought this off gunbroker, came with the rail, stocks, scope mount and 5 10 round mags. I just added the light and BSA scope. It was less than a year old, contacted Ray at ATI and he informed me that it still has 19 months of warrantly left and they will owner it. Put 600 CCI Mini-mags through it this mourning, not one problem.

Wow, some great looking GSG-5s!

With the collapsing sliding stock (completely collapsed) and factory barrel/silencer/suppressor, it meets the legal length requirement?

The collapsing sliding stock makes the rifle around 26.5", where 26" is the minimum, so yes legal length for rimfire. Most if not all of the folding stocks put you under 26" so are a no no. You are probably already aware, but just for clarity the "factory barrel/silencer/suppressor" doesn't do any silencing at all, it just hides the additional barrel length.

Here is mine by the way, and my RAA Saiga 7.62x39 with a fixed mag from here in wine country.

Yeah, I knew that about the silencer/suppressor. Thanks for the info about the stock, I always thought the sliding stock put it under 26", but it's the folding stock. Love your gsg-5 build, I want mines to be along those lines.

PRKarms work wonders on that kind of stuff....

They came up with a functional mag lock, and a single shot conversion which meets the length requirements.

These guns are alot of fun! Plus after a few hundred rounds and range fees you are only out of pocket about $20.00.

Meanwhile the guy beside you is paying $15 for the lane, $10 for gun rental and $30 for ammo.

evmo,
if you don't mind me asking, how much did that extra accessory set-up cost you including the optics?

About 230 before shipping.

Classic Army collapsing stock. Get it from Cobra Airsoft, they have the best price by far.

Sightmark Fakepoint

Zairsoft RIS (includes forward grip and rail covers). Look at the new version before you buy, you may like it better.

I don't remember the brand for the scope mount but you can find them everywhere, just google for it.

I really like it. Seems to be well made, battery life is good and it hasn't lost zero yet. I know some guys on this board run them on their ARs without any problem.

Here's mine, just picked it up Saturday.

I went cheap on accesories, lol
UTG rail $60
UTG foregrip $15
CM Tech Stock $35 This came with a plastic endcap and no sling loop piece. For $35 its good to go considering this is not a duty weapon and never will be either.
Screw set $10
HK Pin Set $12.50
Short Claw Mount $19
fACOG red dot $65, went with this because I liked the look, I know there are replica haters here but feel free to give/gift me the real deal if you can afford it.

looks fun, but its a pain to take apart...

got out to the range yesterday and the red dot was good to go to 100yrds

These GSG-5 guns are fun and they are built well, before actually getting mine I wanted it because it was a small alternative to any 10/22 or ar22 conversions but it turned out nice and its solid.

Can someone let me know if the GSG-5 ship with a scope rail? If not I'd like to order one now so it will be ready when DROS is over.
