*sigh* You guys do know that law enforcement reads these boards, yes?

Perhaps you might consider not giving them an easy pickup for disturbing the peace, etc?

If you're going to go argue, do it somewhere that you haven't posted in the public eye.

Halfway tempted to show up and "moderate" this one IRL to make sure no one gets out of hand...

Although it could be an amusing spectator sport to watch a bunch of angry guys driving around the parking lot with no idea who they're looking for, actually.

I don't know about the other guy, but all I plan on doing is exactly what I said I would do... Which is tell him what I told him here, to his face. LE will have no business there, but they are free to show up if it's a slow night. Please enlighten me as how this will qualify for a 415?

And believe me I will make it easy to find me

Depends on how cranky everyone gets, but usually if there's a fight, my understanding is that they just arrest everyone and sort 'em out later.

Man, I got all excited when I saw a bunch of emails about new posts to this thread while I was at work today. I thought the mother load shipment finally came into WM. Oh well, let me grab a beer and catch up!

Well I don't plan on fighting... But I Can't speak for the other guy. My intentions are pretty clean cut and straight forward. The only one talking about what will happen “after" is the other guy.

I believe legally, that would constitute battery.

I can host! Admission will be 20 rounds of .223 with 30% going to the winner! Looks like we've got our main event. Anyone else got any beef with another CG'r they'd like to hash out? PM me!

First rule of Calguns Fight Club is you don't talk about Calguns Fight Club (on the inter webs)

My ex-girlfriend was sitting one row behind this, when it happened. The guy who wrestled the stabber to the ground and kept him in a hold, was arrested (probably released shortly thereafter), even though there were at least a dozen witnesses telling SDPD that he didn't deserve to get hauled off.

Gee look, two children pretending to be adults trying to measure their little wee-wees online.

Damn that's pathetic.

Oooh, that would be fun! Stream it live on Calguns? Sadly, it's past my bedtime, so I will be unable to attend.

Unfortunately that happens, you have

to know how to articulate yourself when LE is concerned

That's kind of harsh, I was just voicing my opinion on the actions of a particular individual, he wishes I express myself IRL, and who am I to deny a fellow CGN'er.

Particularly since it seems (to my reading) that one party seems to have called it off since there won't be any fighting...?

Hey, you do what you want, you're allegedly an adult.
Although I question that based on your comments here.

You have however admitted that you're buying product low and selling it for a profit.
That makes you a non-paying Commercial Vendor and barred from the Marketplace unless you want to pay to be a Vendor like the others do.

okay, regardless if that profit is going to another member where i am paying his price? i admit yes I do buy ammo at a low but i resell it to buy ammo I need for that week in taking friends out. I shoot 1/2 the ammo I buy and trade the other half for what I need in the current or next week.

@ Alpha male: What it all boils down to is that your actions have caused WM to change their policy regarding the selling of ammo. This affects all of us. What's worse, is that they are telling their customers it's because of a Calgunner. This gives our community a bad name with both WM, and potential CG'rs. This is not helping our cause, but rather working against us. Trying to sell ammo you just bought inside the store is illegal and just plain dumb. I'd like to see this thread continue to help all of us to find ammo and save gas. Myk's late night updates have helped me score a few boxes early in the morning and I gladly return the favor every chance I get. That's how this is supposed to work...give and take.

Actually my actions where not, I spoke with the main store supervisor (three staff members and a manager) and it was BECAUSE of multiple employees caught stealing and cherry picking AT OTHER SAN DIEGO BRANCHES they decided to change the loading times for product inventory count at all branches when certain managers come in for daily inventory count. I will not oust other cal gun members I met, I can take the heat.

THIS is what REALLY pisses me off.

I and many others have worked too long, spent too much time, effort and money building this community and it's reputation.
Ten years and tens of thousands of dollars in community efforts to make Calguns a positive name in the firearms community.

And now Walmart is telling people Calguns is the reason for their restrictive new policy.

Great job...

I find that hard to believe I spoke with the STORE supervisor 2 days ago.

Your screen name, and I quote "alpha dog, or alpha male, or something like that" specifically was mentioned to me by an employee a week ago. She had no idea I was a CG'r at the time.

She can say what she wants, but I spoke with who I spoke with and all of them said the same thing. That's fine she knows my screen name because i speak with other cal gunners where my name would obviously come up when other members have asked my name. But to change a store policy because of one person.....

Doesn't change the fact that Calguns is getting a bad reputation among WM employees who are spreading that to everyone that comes in. Once again, this is working AGAINST our cause and not helping to recruit new members. I'm not looking to get into a pi$$ing match with you, just trying to help you see how your actions affect this community.

I will say this that I apologize fully for what my behavior has done. I will do my part in apologizing to said person in store to avoid any future badmouthing. I am almost sure I know who you are talking about since there is only one lady in the entire store who works sporting goods.

I know damage has been done, but at the least I can man up and try to do some good vs saying f*ck it.

Thumbs down MY LAST TIME POSTING ON THIS THREAD

I believe we have shot ourselves in the proverbial foot with this thread......

I wasn't at the Poway Walmart today but I do know for a FACT there were a number of people waiting (and willing to wait) 30 minutes to an 1 hour for the Walmart delivery truck to arrive. There was a line at 3:30 PM and the truck arrives around 4 PM. (none arrived today)

Judging by the number of views on this thread and reading the comments posted, there are more takers than contributors to this thread. I don't see how posting any more information is going to help us (the contributors) when there are obviously people reaping the benefits off our hard work in narrowing the window of opportunities to purchase ammo.

We are being left with nothing but spent gas and wasted time searching...

Just goes to show there will always be @$$holes taking advantage of a situation and will keep doing it until they ruin it for everyone else.

wow, dang guys. I have not jumped on this post till now after i posted. I will be one to apologize for getting people all nuts on here, i do appreciate that others have created such a great site with so much information especially in times like now with the ammo crisis and to get info about where to get ammo.

I understand capitalism and thats what our country is bases off of, especially when you built the business yourself without help of others. but when you rape and pillage any great business it fails.

But here on calguns, there are a lot of honest great people that want to help fellow gunners get some supplies for shooting or just keeping extra for home defense, and these people are SHARING info to help, not for other people to rape and pillage. So if that is the way you are is take take take things are going to catch up to you and people will always know your true colors.

So i apologize for getting this thread off track lets just get back to normal, even start a more private thread or pm certain people with stocks at wm's

Bleh. Finding 'ammo was so infrequent for me that I was under the impression that's how it always was.

Alright, for what it's worth, just got back from 'Aero and all they had was 410...

Went to Shawline and Aero a couple hours ago with no luck. All I want is some damn 22LR please!

Met a couple Calgunners at Aero and was talking to one for a little bit, he was telling me the story I'm reading here. Lol.
