They emailed me today. Said my license was printed and mailed today exactly 2 months after I mailed my app. Should hopefully receive it this week. AZ people are very professional, I emailed them multitple times and they always encouraged me to write them back and they always responded in a timely manner.

Hmmm. I mailed mine March 27th and called today and I'm still not in the system. Starting to get worried. Was hoping to have it by 31st for when I leave for Texas. Oh well. Guess it might come while I'm gone.

Emailed AZ last week about my app that was mailed on 2/8 and got a reply today stating that my license was "being printed as we 'speak'" and would be mailed this week.

Received my permit today on 05/24/2013.

Maybe this was lost in the 25 pages , But is it legal to carry concealed anywhere in the state outside of restricted areas for anyone ?

I debating if I should send my Arizona application or wait until I have 3 guns listed on my ca ccw? Does the Arizona ccw have guns listed on it like the California ccw?

AZ does not list the weapons you are allowed to carry.

The AZ CCW permit is a true CCW permit, in that it allows you to carry any type of weapon that you legally own.
Therefore, it is not limited to just handguns, but also covers melee weapons and all types of firearms.

Took a quick course ate the gun show back when you need a course. Had the packet sitting here forever. Finally mailed it in 5-25. Got it returned 6.19 for failure to include gun training proof. I color copied my original hunter safety training program with NRA sig and ID of instructor. Mailed today with NEW proof. Now I wait.

Did ink prints 22/Apr
Got certified check and mailed out on 26/Apr
AZ Approval dated 10/Aug
Received AZ Permit 16/Aug
4 months for me.. Now, scheduling my trip for Sept.
