Default Need hardware advice for implementing a business center at apt building

So, I need to know what hardware needs to be used for setting up a 5 computer business center in an apartment building. We already have the modem up and surfing with statics. So I just need to know the best way to manage the network hardware wise. Since I'm not entirely up to snuff on commercial grade firewall hardware, what kind of firewall would be good for this. Also is there any software or hardware that can be used for issuing log on IDs and PW's.

You can get an entry-level small business router/firewall like sonicwall or fortinet for about $220.

You'll need to set up a server/domain controller for managing accounts....something like Windows Small Business Server.

Default Meraki

Look into Meraki...They were just bought by Cisco and offer Cloud Management and can track analytics. Very easy to setup.

We use their Wireless Access Points.

For the computer configuration, look into software called "Deep Freeze" by Faronics. This software is used by libraries and schools to maintain the configuration of computers that is enforced by a reboot. No data is saved when the computer is rebooted; hence viruses and malware that get on the computer are easily removed with a reboot. Subsequently, unless you set up some "thaw spaces," a reboot will remove sensitive information/cookies/documents/clutter on the computer.

Just run a cable modem and router. Have done that for many public libraries unless you actually need to manage anything.
