How about just downloading and installing LibreOffice for the Mac? I've been using OpenOffice/LibreOffice for years on various OS's with excellent results.

Sorry a little late to the game on this one but there is an Open Source for both Mac and PC called Open Office. As it is open source free ( not a trail) and works well as Office does just doesn't have the propriety graphics of Office. It is not a pirated copy or anything so feel safe in using it
http://www.openoffice.org/ Kicking them a few dollars after you have used it for a while and like it would be good karma ratled |
