Being 3K miles away on the east coast could be a issue for me...

Finally found the correct thread...I've been posting about my experience this morning over at SEESM's shop on other threads, but I think this is right place to do it.
Anyway, just wanted to say that I had an awesome, awesome experience today. I love getting hands on and turning the mill...like shifting your own gears. If you are in Nor Cal, I would highly recommend that you contact SEESM. The shop (or should I say man cave) is super clean and super cool - lots of motorized toys to gawk at. I'm planning to head back up later this summer (maybe sooner) to work on another project. |

Just happened onto this thread, looks like alotta happy calgunners learning ALOT from you!
Has anybody brought a Quentin Defense billet 80% to your shop? I ordered a couple from the group buy, and am interested in bringing them up to your shop. Manual milling seems much more interesting to me than the CNC route.
