Default LaRue Tactical OBR Rifles coming soon to RifleGear!

Well I was hoping to break this news once our first shipment arrived, but seeing as how the cat is somewhat already out of the bag...

LaRue Tactical OBR Rifles available from RifleGear.com

We have completed our dealer agreement with LaRue Tactical and our first order has been placed. We expect to have our first shipment arriving in about... two weeks. Due to contractual obligations with LaRue Tactical these rifles will be available for purchase in our retail location only - no online sales or transfers allowed.

Post when they arrive! Been thinking about picking up one of these and I'd love to see it in person before pulling the trigger.

It would also be nice to carry some of their mounts and accessories.

All, I held the OBR and OBR Lite today at RifleGear. Talk about nice stuff. The fit and finish on both were exceptional as to be expected. I'm so glad to see LaRue coming to his senses. In fact the salesman told me that they even came delivered from LaRue with a bullet button already installed. Good stuff.

Yes, they are an impressive design. I like the way the free float forearm is mounted to the upper receiver and not the barrel nut. Also, the 5.56 rifles include the LaRue RISR reciprocating cheek riser, which was a nice surprise. We sold the 18" 7.62 rifle today.

The ones I saw today did not have them. The OBR Lite had UDE furniture. The OBR was all black if I remember. I was too infatuated with the internals at the time.

No, but we are working with LaRue on that. We will have UDE PMags blocked to 10 rounds for these rifles very soon.

im in for 16" 556 OBR today! Deposit made! Larue said shipping is usually pretty quick, but I'm hearing that the 16" is a little behind. Any news?
