Default OK, How about some CZ's?

The SIG picture thread offended my CZ loving heart, so I thought I'd fire back, by starting a CZ thread

Top: Used 75B, that I got for $299.
Bottom: New P-01, that I love.

Is there a way (adapter, etc.) to mount a laser / light combo on the 75B? My wife likes the 75B and wants to mount a laser / light combo on the gun, but doesn't like the short barrel of the P-01.

Nope, not on the 75B. You want the 75 SP-01. Full size version of the P-01 http://czusa.com/product_detail.php?id=73

I love my CZ's !!!!

'99 production CZ75B 'Duo-tone' in 40 S&W with nearly 10K rounds through it! Bought used for $300

'05 production CZ75 Compact in 40 S&W (same frame as P-01). Got it for $199 new in box (Yes, $200 dollars brand new!) Did not come with the super cool tactical block and bayonet though, that was additional LOL!

Even if they were the same price I'd take a CZ over a Sig any day.

How do you guys like your CZ's? I am thinking of picking one up as my first handgun. Would you trust it if your life depended on it? How about the accuracy and ergonomics of the handgun? From the looks it seems very comfortable....

Accuracy of my CZ rivals all my other botttom feeders......and yes....I would trust my life to it. Ergonomically speaking....my CZ is very comfortable in my hand and aims very well. It's a heavy gun...but thats ok.

Just picked up this weekend and shot it for the first time today. I've wanted one since before they announced it so couldn't pass up the opportunity to grab it via ppt. They're still really hard to find outside CA so I'd hate to think how long it would take to find another here.

SP-01 Tactical in .40 S&W. Had to change the grips to Angus'. Great shooter so far!

A couple of people had asked about size comparisons between the .40 and the 9mm in the SP-01. They're basically identical. The mags and grips interchange and I'd guess the slide would as well but I haven't tried yet.

Pics as requested:

SP-01 9mm with safety on top, SP-01 Tactical .40 in the middle and SP-01 Tactical 9mm in the middle.

9mm on the left, .40 on the right

From the back. 9mm on top and .40 below

P-01/P-06 as long as I was taking pictures. Also basically identical.

P-06 .40 on the left and P-01 9mm on the right. (BTW why is is it a P-06 but not an SP-06?)

Family picture (and yes I have a problem...)

9mm on the left and .40 on the right.

You have a very nice CZ collections there!

Oh BTW, any problem with your mags on the CZ75 TS expanding with the ammo is loaded? I'm experiencing it to my 10rnd mags with my TS.

Thanks! I haven't had any problems with my TS but it's still relatively new. I've also converted mine to take standard 75 mags. Are you using actual TS mags?

How about a Model 27?

I love this little guy. Late last year, it was fired (by me) for the first time since 1944 (pistol was captured 6 days after D-Day) and it performed like a new gun... flawless.

This is my only CZ, but I'm now considering getting another. Newer, of course.

Actually it is... remember that in 1975 (think CZ 75) this gun was made in a communist block country and was typically not available here. AAI in Mt. was one of the first importers of these pistols and they were all marked with the importers name.

This was long before CZ USA was thought of let alone established.
