Looks like a nice quasi prison/jail to me.
Medieval siege warfare tactics come to mind.
I guess it could be considered a good "Alamo" type last stand structure.

Steel roll-up door is not can-open-able with a chainsaw/breaker-bar/long-handled axe?

Even if it were a buried bunker with an NBC system there are ways to flush it, like plastic-bags on the pipes and rope/rubber bands.

It is pretty, and should withstand most threats until you can pepper-spray/bomb/shoot assailants.

One might say Zombie... resistant, but not not impervious.

That looks cool. The practacality I think is lacking. Where is the power from? Do you realy want a cat in defcon 5 you can't take out the kitty liter lol Then again the cat is emergancy food lol Cool concept though. I would proball try diggin under the house and shape carging my way in as they proballly didnt reinforce the floors lol
