Mickey D I LOVE that Colt, really beautiful. My dad has one of those, with the original receipt, I think it was $8...

Great photo, but the orange cast is distracting imo. Was that intentional?

There is some fine iron in this thread.... and does that girl above look vaguely like Heather Locklear to anyone else but me?

I'm not much into pretty, I want them to do what they need to do. The prettiest I own, at least to my eye, are:

S&W Model 19-3, arguably the best fighting revolver ever.

S&W 4506, polished the slide and left the frame matte. Makes an interesting contrast.

Kidding, it's yours, and yes, it's beautiful. All the guns in this thread are.

I've been itching for an engraved SAA lately, but some of the things I've been seeing elsewhere and now here make me think I should just send the slide off on my Springer. I'm not looking for full coverage anyway, just my initials and a real simple ivy.

The top one is a full custom that was built for me by two of the top 1911 smiths in the world, Chuck Rogers and Bob Rodgers. It was featured in American Hangunner a couple of years ago.
The bottom one is a Les Baer Monolith Heavyweight that was completely reworked by Bob Rodgers. It is my duty gun.
Here's a couple more pics of the custom:

A few more of the Monolith:

Clearly I need a Beretta 92 or more likely 96 in blued steel.
A lot of beauties you folks have.

Meanwhile...I don't know...pick one...maybe the prettiest is the C96 or the Navy Luger......

Shopped in a my dad's H&R.

Here's my Taurus 85. I paid a little extra for the rosewood and gold. I think it's a nice looking gun.
