The number one reason shots are missed is wrong ranging then wind

The ACSS is not just another reticle it deals with the reality of a shot.

In CQB mode the large horseshoe allows you to be on target fast and if the target is moving have the proper lead.

In medium range ranging your target is as easy as placing it in the right bracket in live situations there is no time to mil and use a calculator to determine range and then turn knobs with ACSS all the math and knob turning has been done.
The process is simple range, hold for wind and engage. In testing it has proven far more effective then other $2000 dollar optics. Shooting at a stationary target is one thing and live situations is a whole other. The reality is multiple targets at unknown distances with limited exposure and moving!

Those will follow
There is a 2.5 in the works with a ACSS CQB reticle I designed that will eventually end up in an Eotec.
We will have a 4x eventually just trying to get the reticle right.

I have the 6x, but its hard to see with both eyes open, glass quality and eye relief is ok. Hopefully it looks a little better.

Is the eye relief and glass quality better on the 1-6 than the 6x?

Dimitri,

Question on the scope mount. I have an AR with an A2 front sight/flattop and would like to know what riser to use under these condition and are as follows: (1) co-witness with my MBUIS, (2) "not" co-witness with my front and rear sights. Your response is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,
Noel

You mean the ranging portion? Or the BDC? They are preset or pre milled auto ranging 9"-18" center mass or 5'10"

Glass is about the same but allows you to go to 1-3x and be really fast with both eyes open. In room clearing I like it at 1.5-2x. It really comes into its own when shooting on one knee or coming out of vehicle. Today I was testing the 7.62x39 version and was going crazy on the steel!! The horse shoe is very easy to follow in rapid fire. Ak Irons might not be very accurate but with the 7.62x39 ACSS I make center mass hits at 500 yards no problem! Look for thread with test results soon!

You can't cowitness (see the iron sight through the optic) with an magnified optic. Use the drop down menu and order any AR height mount. You won't need a rise to get above the front sight. You won't see it with the 6X.

Thanks
Marshall

Dimitri if PA,

I must have missed your response to my inquiries above pertaining to the height of the scope mount when my AR has an A2 front sight.

Please advise at your convenience.

BDC. I'd like to know what they correspond to in MOA or MILs to see how the scope might be used with a different caliber

I don't start to see it until 3x and actually use the front sight to line up making for a very accurate and consistent shot.
