Talking Angeles Range Sunday May 29 Memorial weekend

Our group is heading up to Angeles this Sunday, May 29th if anyone wants to hang out and shoot the bull like we usually do. We'll be at the far end of the rifle range.

We'll be there around 12:30pm. See ya there!

i know it's a stupid question.. the reason why i asked.. is because i got the eye from people once at burro for shooting a 22 on a rifle... i thought i was doing something wrong so i stopped shooting..

It's better to ask the question than to get yelled at by the RO.

ASR is good to go, do you have a centerfire rifle? It's worth it with all the steel plates you can shoot.

No need to say it's a stupid question. All of us have posted stupid questions, hell, I still do to this day.

Well, that was fun, except for the insane winds on the rifle side. Oh well, got some much needed practice on the pistol side.

The wind was soooo horrible. I would say 30mph wind gusts if not more. I only shot a total of 15 rifle rounds and maybe 100 pistol the entire time there lol.

A lot of sand got into the action of my Savage. Real pain to clean last night.

The sand in the ammo box was killer. I couldn't pull some of my rounds out of my ammo box anymore.

It was an interesting day for sure, lol.

Wind was redonkulous. Dread cleaning the sand outta my rifles and handguns. Eyes are still jacked up from all the junk blown into it yesterday, not to mention the mouthful of sand I involuntarily consumed when shooting prone. Mmmm, crunchy.

That said, it was still a fun day at the range. Quick bit of reloading in the morning, Pho for lunch, followed by a day at the range and In N' Out for dinner. Great day with friends, I must say.
