Yeah, but their out of state transfer fee is $200 last time I checked.
Not sure about in state, probably around $100. Battlefield was $65 last time I checked, if memory serves correct. Easiest way would be use the list of FFL's in the area, call them, and see who has the lowest price.

There is an FFL in Camarillo that only charges $20 on top of the DROS and CA sales tax. The guy's name is Dave and his website is http://marinersgunsupply.com/. I've transferred an AR receiver from SunDevil Mfg in AZ through him. Met him at a gun show in Ventura last year. No complaints on my end.
