Default CZ and .338 Lapua Custom Rifle

Just wondering if this would work to build a sporter style rifle in .338 Lapua?

Just tossing some ideas about in my head. (There seems to be a lot of extra room up there these days)

This is the preferred action:

or if you are short on money, this is what I am getting (just an upper to fit my AR-15 lower):

Thanks for responding C.G. Those are nice but aren't what I'm looking for.

I guess my question should be: Since the .338 Lapua's parent case is the .416 Rigby, is there any reason the CZ Rigby receiver would not work if barrelled for .338 Lapua?

Sniper rifles are cool and have their place but I am looking for a sporter build.

Thanks

It should work, but a gunsmith may know a reason that it may not work.
I am not sure why you can't build a sporter build out of a Surgeon?

That would be the cost $1600 vs $700

Please excuse my ignorance. A google search for "GAP" doesn't turn-up anything about firearms. What/who is GAP?

Thanks

George Gardner is the man there. He has built four rifles for me. They are all incredible.
