Default Frankenstein and the ugly guns!

A couple of years ago I came across a picture of a handgun that looked like- for lack of a better description- the Frankenstein of handguns. It looked like the designer was trying to borrow (or steal) features from several other handguns and put it all into one. I can't recall what company (I want to say it was European) made it or what it was called, but if you think you have a picture that resembles what I have described- post it here, and let's see what other UGLY handgun pics we can get while we're at it!

You couldn't provide at least one example to give this thread more content?

I don't own any ugly guns! But if you insist on a starter...how about a Grendel? Sorry Ken96, but despite how she might perform, she ain't winnin' any beauty pageants! Nice work on the picture, wish mine would come out that well.

And they went from those, to this:

A few tweeks later and we have the Springfield XD! Talk about an ugly duckling turning into a Swan!

I hope that I have answered your challenge to your liking. Some may dispute my claims that the posted guns are ugly, everyone likes something different, but we all have probably come across a gun that we think is ugly. Now, I know some of you out there have an ugly duckling or two so let's see them!

My vote for ugliest handgun of all time goes to the Metaba Autorevolver!

not ugly per se.... she's more of a frankenstein gun peiced togeather from a bunch of leftover bits.

A lot of my 'normal' stuff qualifies as frankenstein.... I pieced most of it together one little bit at a time... just because it looks good now doesn't mean it wasn't made by a dozen plus manufacturers.

Ok, so it is centerfire, but there is not detachable magazine because it's belt fed, so if I keep ammo down to only 10 linked, I can get a semi-auto one of these right?

You can keep it semi-auto in a configuration like that pictured.

Some info....
-The belt is a detachable feeding device. Unless you had belts of ammo linked with 11+ rounds before 2000, you'll be stuck using 10 round belts.

-The grip is arguably not a 'pistol grip' by CA penal code definition.

And the kicker.....the firearm is not a rifle, nor a handgun

......AW laws do not apply.

That is blood damage. IIRC, it was an evidence gun.

Its not a rifle, its a crew served weapon.

I have pre ban belts I've had for forever....

I can pull the trigger as many times as I can afford.

I think the majority of Beretta pistols can give these guns a run for the money in the ugly dept.

To some my GLOCKS are ugly but I must admit, I have learned to overcome there somewhat predjuice remarks against my pistols, especially when this old man out shoots their "expertise" at the local gun club.

Now if your looking for beauty in a handgun, look no further than a COLT Python in blue steel. It just doesn't get any better as far as looks and perfection go.
