Bought this today, previous owner bought new, added a brace, and never fired it. Offered it up on Facebook for $400. I couldn't pass this deal up.

Before the Matte Black Alumahyde, russian 5.5mm sidefolder conversion was done by Matt Yeamans / GunsNorthwest.

You captured the essence of the Kalashnikov: a worn and beautiful weapon, the modern day incarnation of the Viking axe.

Just got my rs regulate mount and trijicon mro in the mail yesterday. They're for the Sam7sf I got from AudioPhil that should be in California in a couple days. Realized the rail would fit on my Sam7k so threw it on for fun. Not practical cause you can't open the dust cover with it on and can't remove the scope rail without removing the mro first. Just thought i would share the pictures cause it looks pretty sweet.

Traded one of my rifles for a arsenal Sam7 SF. Picked her up on Friday after the ten day wait and took her out Saturday morning to zero in my pa micro on a rs regulate mount. After the range I got back and swapped out the front sight and gas block for a Bulgarian cr style combo block and used my red dots zero as a reference for installing my sight straight. Came out pretty sweet I must say ! Not a bad Xmas gift to myself

Thank you.....
The SVD-S stock on it is super nice, balances rifle perfectly. With it's cheek rest rotated in place I can use Nit-A without to much trouble.
