Unfortunately, Buds won't ship to CA and won't even ship to a middleman FFL. I battled with them for a while on the middleman FFL a while back and they are total unsympathetic. Good deal for those out of state though.

For those on the fence, dont be. Yes its 1500.00 but its 1500.00 for a .308 POF!!!!! Keep in mind when Tanners had them off line last week. One person was selling one new one for 1800.00 and it sold!

I just bought a 20" version off another sight for $1700 shipped with a badger mount. I might have to give tanners a call for the 16"

Not only that but... one of 500, a limited edition will command a higher price than your average. Not that we need to be salesmen on this in the least bit... lol

^^Granted there is only 500 made....but I don't think that particular graphic will be that highly sought after. Mostly people are buying for a cheaper 308 from a quality manufacture.

Naw...just a few don't like it...can't figure why..nor do I care...to each, their own...I mean... I'm American how could I not like it!?

On that note, I love it, It represents freedom, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and a seperation from tyranny.

As far as gun graphics go, I think this one is better than most. In fact, I think it will even go nicely with my longtime profile pic.

Now a dust cover with a question on it though... eh, that's just a bit much for me and I will be replacing it with a standard American flag model that I already purchased.

Yes after about 100 rounds I turned the gas key just checking things out. After that it was firing in single mode. I'm going to break it down and clean it later on. As far as it needing a certain brand ammo I had no issues with that walmart stuff everyone is buying. It's a hot load and has a good kick.
Looks like fun!

Someone posted the POF site and the sale. It was 55 bucks I think. It should be on their site.

They have a normal
Black pof 308 without the "art"
For 1594 for those opposed to the graphic. I believe the price on the minuteman has been increased to 1500 as well. So another option

Atlas for the Ferrari of Bipods, if you want to spend the money. Otherwise, I'm a Harris guy.

Thank YOU again Calguns. My first intro to Calguns (live in Atlanta) was to buy a bolt action Savage from a member here. Love it and have been a frequent visitor to this forum since.

More recently, I have been looking into AR10's and the POF P308 was on my short list, but not at the top as even the Gen 3 was stretching my budget and eating into my scope budget. Then... I come across this thread. Ordered mine on Tues this week. Should have it on Monday.

As of last weekend, they had ~30 left in stock. I would also say so far, totally professional to deal with. I would do business with these guys again. Once my bank account heals.

Me not lazy at all! I've read through this whole thread at least twice. Late to the game, but never saw a quantity listed on Tanners' website. Saw that there were 2 left on Gunbroker last night and this morning...thought about it and thought about it....now GB only has 1 left!
