Hey guys,

I've been looking for a used car lately, I sold my old car due to reliability concerns. I bought a pack of 5 thinking my search would take a while, but I only ended up using 2. I'm unlikely to use the other 3, since I'm most likely going to buy the Honda that I'm going to inspect tomorrow.

So, basically I have 3 CarFax reports that I'm never going to use, and that are expiring in 2 weeks or 3 weeks or something, which is totally useless to me. If you are also in the market for a used car and want a CarFax report, PM me the car's VIN and your Email, and I will forward you the report.

Just figured that it'd be a way to give back to the Calguns community.

Note: I'm not going to do this for guys with only like 5 posts or something, the purpose is not to give a free CarFax report to some random person Googling and decides to create a account just to get the report. Anyways, lemme know.

Sorry, I can't "give them out" like coupons or something per se, but if you need a CarFax run, PM me the car's VIN, and I will PM you back the link to the report. Helped 2 people like that already, and it reportedly works, so I don't need e-mails after all.

lol I put in the "low post count" disclaimer in mostly as a joke (since I hardly have many posts myself), but I actually got a PM from a person with 0 posts asking for a CarFax. Guess that hunch that a non-member would Google "free CarFax" stumble on this thread and ask for one turned out true after all.

Woohoo thank you! My car is clean and worth about $2,000 more than Blue Book because of things listed in the report. Also the "Checklist to buy this car" will remind me of the things to keep in top shape, like tires I just got. Thank you again!
