will we be able to purchase reloading components (bullets, primers, powder, unprimed brass) via internet?

i read the new "Law" and it mentions MANUFACTURERS IN BUSINESS...we who reload, normally do it for our own consumption/use and are NOT in "Business" to sell ammo...

That's for assault weapons.....ammo however will be 1-1-18. Reloading equipment hasn't been effected yet. Just give it time that's why I'm stocking up on that as well.

Considering how little the lawmakers know about firearms they probably don't even know reloading is a thing.

Does anyone know if the law will apply to military PX Ammo sales? Technically it's Federal land. How about Indian reservations?

Yes to both.

PX must follow state laws, and in California Indian reservations also have to follow state law.

I am not looking forward to these upcoming dark times. I've contacted a lot of the bigger online companies about law enforcement exemptions. All of the companies have responded by saying they are going to cease all sales to CA period.

They know reloading is a "thing". The law controls the sale of loaded ammunition while prohibiting the sale of ammunition components to prohibited persons.

They think reloading is what we do to our clips.

That loophole will be closed in the next legislative session.

Only state criminal law applies on reservations. Regulatory law is null and void. Read up on Public Law 280.
