Can CA residents purchase Super Vepr or Standard Vepr and have it shipped to an FFL outside of CA who will make the rifle CA compliant. In the case of standard Veprs, just installing a mag lock device and in the case of Super Veprs simply removing the thumbhole stock and transfering to CA FFL as a barreled action. Once in CA you can have a custom kydex insert done by solar tactical so that the thumbhole stock does not make the Super Vepr an assault rifle. Kind of like this:

My 762x54R has a thumbhole stock, but I also have a bullet button. The Super Veprs stock is one piece, but in some time, I know companies are working on new stocks and BBs for it.
