Trouble with my old (5-8 years?) HP1020 laser printer
Hi all. I was hoping to get my dormant HP LaserJet 1020 printer working again to do some little print jobs. But after sitting a number of years, with an unknown period of time in Standby (i.e. "On"). It's only making horrible looking prints now. See the images below. And ignore the bluish tint. That's just from my camera settings.
Is this something that's fixable inexpensively, like by swapping in a new toner unit? Or is it time for me to go shopping for a new printer? I know they can be had for less than $100. Last edited by Ki6vsm; 10-24-2017 at 5:53 AM..

Probably just a bad toner cartridge.
