There are separators you can put in it secured by velcro as shown in the 3rd pic.
For $60 you can't go wrong with this bag.

A word of warning. This bag is BIG. If you load it down, you won't be picking it up.
If the black ones go on sale I'm in.

Nice thread btw.

Let's see who goes for this one:

http://www.gogreensolar.com/products...l-pallet-of-20

Save your cash, they are pretty terrible. If you really want one to check out, they are about $1 on ebay.

Yeah, you won't be cutting down any trees or replacing your Snap-On tool box with it, but for $1, it's WAY better than your teeth and fingernails.

Sites like Meritline have them all the time for $1 with free shipping.

I have one on it's way mostly for ammo and groceries but once I get it I might see if it looks strong enough for an ATV rack. I already have one of these 3 wheel gun carts so the gun hauling thing is pretty well taken care of.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE...Don't waste your money on this item! We bought one for use at our kids swim meets. Hauling a small cooler, towels, gear etc. It is junk. It turns very poorly, the handle is not long enough even when extended and it will not handle being pulled over anything rougher than a perfect sidewalk.

I purchased a similar looking design of a garden/atv cart. One of my worst purchases ever. Supposedly rated 150#. I had about 60# of rocks in it, the front axle bent. Thankfully Sears took it back no questions asked.

They are USED cells, and they may have NO tax credit if the other person claimed it. Also, why did the other party dump and return the cells?

Otherwise its a great deal. If they give a warranty what could go wrong?

Good point. All these solar companies seem to be Chinese, out of business, going bankrupt, or a scam. I'd buy a rack of 8 or 10 big panels just to charge batteries and run a few leds if the power goes out. It seems like everything I find is overpriced and overhyped, subject to some subsidy or utility control. "Contractors" want double just to wire the controller. I seriously don't like them being so visible from above either. I bet they show up on Goog Earth.

Seriously, the Scorpion?

On to a good deal...

Quality sterile surgical trays are $500-5000. Overkill for most of us. And those cheap instruments at Amazon, Ebay, SG are junk. They're typically poorly made Asian stuff. Try this. They are "German" quality as advertised and a good value.
https://vetmedusa.com/veterinary-spay-pack.html
Jokes aside, the spay/neuter pack is a pretty good set for handling lacerations and other less serious stuff (though the cat probably thought it was serious).
Add blades, another handle, and some bandage scissors, maybe a couple of retractors if you plan to remove your own appendix. I wouldn't want these used on my hemorrhoidectomy in the hospital tomorrow, but if a doctor showed up at the barricade without his bag, even he would be glad to see this kit of instruments.
Add sutures? Try http://www.ad-surgical.com About half the price of some other brands. Don't order until you at least know when to use large/small absorbable/non. The most common sutures are 3/0, 4/0, 3/8 circle, 17 or 19mm, reverse cutting point for skin, tapered otherwise. Bigger absorbable would be handy to close fascia. Want to read up on basic suturing for the non-surgeon?
http://practicalplasticsurgery.org/d...actical_01.pdf
That's chapter 1 of a decent treatise on "village" first aid. None of the info is trivial reading.
More student suturing info with a lot of illustrations in a handy spiral bound book, a real winner for any emergency med kit if there is no doctor>>> Surgical Knots and Suturing Techniques by F.D. Giddings (about $20).

Finally, everyone should have a copy of Where There Is No Doctor by Werner. I know. Not cheap either. But if the lights go out, you need the hard copy, not in your backpack. These should be on the shelf at your destination.

Was a Home Depot yesterday and saw this for $14 or 15 bucks (I have the receipt but I'm to lazy right now to go downstairs).

175 lumens and runs off of 3 AAA's and the batteries are included. Water resistant, max run time of about 3 hours and 45mins, and lifetime warranty according to the package.

In the package there's also an offer for a free Coast LED Flashlight. You just need to fill out a quick survey and pay $3.50 for shipping. Not sure what light it is for but $3.50 I couldn't resist.

Here's the survey link, https://www.coastportland.com/surveys/survey-cc

You don't even need to buy a flashlight from them as I looked on their website and there's a link advertising free flashlight. LOL

Default Skippy Peanut Butter

Buy it cheap, stack it deep.

I don't know how many of you have a Food 4 Less by you, but there's an awesome deal on Skippy peanut butter right now. Buy 4 @ $1.48 each. Limit 4 at a time, but you can buy, walk back in and go to different checkers, or take the family with you.

Here's the survey link, https://www.coastportland.com/surveys/survey-cc

You don't even need to buy a flashlight from them as I looked on their website and there's a link advertising free flashlight. LOL

So I actually got my flashlight in the mail today. Took about a week and a half or so. for filling out the survey and sending $3.50 for shipping they sent me the Coast G10 flashlight. Cost about 8 bucks on Amazon.

Not a bad light IMO.

Home Depot has the Ready America Grab-n-Go Deluxe 4-Person-3-day emergency kit on sale for $80 with code HDDAD5 (expires 6/1/13) which beats Amazon by $19. The pack and contents are kind of cheaply made but you aren't going camping with the pack, and the food supplies are bare minimum rations, but it's a good starting point for a family GHB. I have one that I moved into a larger Camelbak pack that I already owned (my large GHB) and have added to it and replaced bits as money allows. In other words, it's basic but a whole lot better than nothing. Amazon Reviews
