Please add rail and magwell options for both frames.
Also is there an update on the jigs?

Will square bottom grips fill that gap at the magwell?

It looks to be very similar but obviously it is a different brand so there are some small differences.

Anyone in NorCal know of a good place to get these worked on? I have never done any gun smithing but I am pretty handy with most tools. I am just concerned about milling the slide rails.

Yes, I'm not going to do jigs at this time, I don't see enough interest in them at the moment to justify the investment needed to produce them.

I don't know, maybe someone else in the thread does? Is there a specific grip you were wondering about and maybe we can figure it out?

Thanks! I buffed off the tooling marks and blended everything together and removed all the sharp edges with a red scotch bright wheel on the bench grinder then polished the frame with a cotton wheel and polishing compound. took about an hour and a half total to make it look like that. The trigger and the grips were given to me by another member here so I'm not sure exactly which ones they are although I do know the grips are Colt grips.

I'm not offering any finishing services or options for these, you would have to check with your loacl metal finishing shop for that info.

check post #1 i think he said it does not fit the standard 2 piece MSH but the frame comes with a OPMSH.

Springfield custom shop will park for $80 and Armory Kote for $150. Does anyone know if they will work on home builds?

Also lets get those payments in to make this happen!

This one was build on the budget. All parts , except barrel , are no name row castings (junk). What you see is alot of finishing and fitting together. I dont think i will ever going to engrave another hammer for 1911,lol. It is hard.
