its a shame that palmetto wont ship rebuilds to CA anymore after getting sued

Yea... I saw where they say if you order mags to be shipped to a state they aren't legal in, they will cancel your order and charge a 5% restock fee.
Luckily I have a buddy in Vegas looking for just such an item.

If I recall they weren't involved in the lawsuit, but due to it they have decided to stop shipping mags. It's a shame because they have a lot of mags for good prices right now

It really is a shame because 2 months ago i ordered a 10pack of dh... the cs was very nice about it when I recieved my other stuff n no mags... but regardless I won't give them my business anylonger due to this.

PSA is not part of the suit.

You can't blame em for not wanting to get sued. this has been going on legally for years and now some douche chooses 3 companies to make examples of. I'd be afraid too, be glad they didn't stop all sales.

They can totally be blamed for bowing down to unlawful threats from a city like SF that always losses in court anyway. Magpul is company that stands up in the face of BS. PSA could learn quite a bit from following Magpul's example.

Magpul is a WAY bigger company than PSA. Way deeper pockets make it much easier to take a stand.

PSA is a store. NOT a MANUFACTURER.
Btw magpul didn't stand up to colorado, they packed up their stuff and are leaving the state.

Like another said, they weren't sued.

More to the point, I can buy from whoever I please. Not blaming them- I'm just rewarding those companies that stick to their guns with my dollar. Plain and simple.
