anywhere sell 2.23 or 5.56 blanks?

Want to play a joke on my friend at the range and load the AR up with some blanks for him to shoot. anyone know a local place that sales these?

I personally haven't seen a retailer carry them (then again, I don't get out much)... My guess is this is something you'd have to order online.

Do you have a BFA for your AR15? Don't you think your buddy would notice the BFA or the crimped blanks?

google golf ball launcher. Blanks are used as propellant. Pretty pricey at times though...



I am sure you know, but blanks are extremely dangerous and can kill. Make sure that muzzle is down range even with blanks.

If you have some .mil friends they might be able to hook you up, thats how I got some.

Natchez sells them too. I don't think they will function properly though not having the projectile. It messes with the gas system. Blank firing weapons have ported barrels to make the actions work properly.

This is what I'm talking about. The Blank Firing Adapter is used for semi auto weapons to allow the action to work properly.
